On 10–11 March 2026, the RaRe² consortium gathered in Pavia, Italy, for its General Assembly,
hosted at Polo Tecnologico di Pavia. The meeting brought together project partners to
review overall progress, align on the final steps of the project, and discuss priorities for
the months ahead.
Over the two-day meeting, partners exchanged updates on the development of
key project tools, including
data-based early detection and prognosis of reconfiguration,
rapid reconfiguration of production, and
human-centred interactive decision support and upskilling solutions.
The agenda also included discussions on the
digital platform, demo case validation and KPI checks, dissemination activities,
international scale-up, exploitation of project results, and
possible follow-up project opportunities.
The General Assembly provided an important opportunity for
in-person collaboration, helping partners strengthen alignment across work packages and
prepare for the project’s final phase. The meeting concluded with a wrap-up session focused on the
Final Review Meeting and the key messages and results to be presented there.
